AMGRAPH introduces the next generation of rotogravure. Traditionally, the high quality of rotogravure printing has been ideal only for long print runs (for well established product lines), due to its time- and labor-intensive change-overs and make-readys. This new generation rotogravure incorporates state-of-the-art equipment, which reduces change-over time from hours to minutes and cuts make-ready time in half, enabling greater efficiencies for shorter runs. In addition, the new press allows lightweight gravure sleeves to be utilized rather than heavy steel cylinders, lowering cost. Rotogravure can now compete in the quick change-over category, while providing the high-quality printing that you expect from gravure. AMGRAPH is proud to be the first to offer this new technology in North America.
