Years before it was either federally or state
mandated, AMGRAPH pioneered in the
elimination of solvent inks and coatings.
Extensive research and costly development was
pursued, allowing us to successfully switch to
water-based systems.
We continue to
explore and utilize leading edge technology to
further minimize or eliminate harmful volatile
organic compounds (VOC).
In recent
years, we have installed electron beam curing
technology to cure inks and coatings -- a costly
yet most effective way of totally eliminating
volatile emissions.
Additionally,
we engage continuously in the development of
source reduction options and the recycling of
packaging materials.
