Perform as liaison for all communication and service needs for all existing customers and the Sales Force. Applicant must be able to provide a high level of Customer Satisfaction by meeting or exceeding all customer expectations. Coordinate all aspects of a customer’s product and service needs from graphics preview, job engineering, quoting, and order processing through to finished product inventory management.
Good math, writing skills, and verbal communication skills a must.
Performs semi-routine duties where judgment is required when communicating with customers, vendors, sales force, and inter-company personnel.
Must be a cooperative, team player.
A Four (4) year general college degree or two (2) – three (3) years’ experience in printing or related industry required.
